It is with sadness that we announce retired fire investigator and K9 handler Larry Seals of Lincoln Fire Department in Talladega County has passed into his Heavenly reward Wednesday, August 16th, 2023. Captain Seales was born March 10, 1973, and worked for Lincoln Fire from 1993 until retirement in February 2021. Captain Seals (Bubba) founded Lincoln Fire Investigations Bureau (Lincoln Fire/Police) in 1998 and was a K9 accelerant handler from 2002 until 2011. Arrangements for a celebration of life have not been released at this time. We pray for comfort and peace for his family and friends in this time.

It is with great personal sadness that I announce the death of one of our beloved officers, Jeff Fore.
Chief Fore, unexpectedly passed away Monday May 5th. The exact
cause is unknown at this time. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Oneonta, AL. Burial will follow in Blount Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, prior to the funeral service at the Church from 11:00 AM until service time.
His passing has deeply affected us all.
